This is your life.
be here for it.
It’s easy to spend our lives waiting.
For things to calm down. For the next goal. For more time, more energy, more motivation. For some future version of ourselves who finally has it all figured out.
But the minutes are passing and days become years.
I AM: Journey is about becoming an active participant in your life instead of simply reacting to it.
It’s learning to care for your mind and your body. To notice what’s good without pretending the hard stuff isn’t there. To recognize what you can change, release what you can’t, and make small, intentional choices that change the way you experience your days.
Because the goal isn’t a perfect life.
It's to be fully here for the one you have.
Maybe you...
-
Spend way too much time worrying about things you can’t control.
-
Know what would make you feel better, but can’t stay consistent with it.
-
Have goals and ideas you keep talking yourself out of.
-
Take care of everyone else while continually putting yourself at the bottom of the list.
-
Feel overwhelmed by everything you should be doing.
Your life doesn't need to be falling apart
to know something needs to change
-
Struggle to quiet your mind long enough to actually enjoy where you are.
-
Compare yourself to everyone else and wonder why you’re not further along.
-
Keep waiting to feel motivated before you start.
-
Have a good life on paper but don’t feel nearly as happy, connected or fulfilled as you want.
-
Know you’re capable of more but can’t quite figure out how to get from here to there.
These aren't ten different challenges that require ten different versions of you.
They begin with the same foundation

This has to fit into your life
or it isn't going to change it.
You don’t need another overwhelming program competing for your time.
I AM Journey was designed differently: small, intentional practices that become part of the life you’re already living. No hours of daily videos. No impossible routine. No falling behind because Tuesday went sideways.
10 minutes a day
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You need small habits that change how you live it.
Start with the foundation
Five practices. One life you're building.

WHY IT MATTERS
Gratitude isn’t pretending everything is good. It’s learning to recognize what is good, even when some things aren't. What we repeatedly look for becomes easier to see, shifting our perspective on the life we’re already living.
THE PRACTICE
A simple daily gratitude practice designed to move beyond the obvious and help you intentionally notice the people, moments and experiences you might otherwise move right past.

WHY IT MATTERS
It’s easy to live on autopilot, reacting to what needs us most and telling ourselves we’ll make changes when life slows down. Intentional living means recognizing that even when we can’t control everything around us, we can choose how we participate in our own lives.
THE PRACTICE
A simple daily practice that helps you identify what matters, decide where you want your attention and energy to go, and make one intentional choice for the day ahead — instead of simply reacting to whatever comes your way.

WHY IT MATTERS
The voice you hear more than anyone else’s is your own. And when that voice is constantly questioning, criticizing or reminding you where you fall short, it shapes what you believe you’re capable of. Worthiness isn’t about believing you’re perfect. It’s about learning to speak to yourself with the same compassion, encouragement and belief you so freely give to everyone else.
THE PRACTICE
A simple daily practice that helps you become aware of your inner dialogue, challenge the stories that keep you small, and intentionally replace them with words that support who you are and who you’re becoming.

WHY IT MATTERS
We fill the silence for a reason. Staying busy, distracted and constantly moving can keep us from having to sit with the thoughts, fears and feelings we’d rather avoid. But learning to get quiet with yourself creates space to understand what you’re feeling, what you need and what may be asking for your attention.
THE PRACTICE
A simple daily practice of intentional stillness that helps you become more comfortable being with yourself. As the noise quiets, you can begin to listen to your mind and body, process what you’ve been carrying, and become more aware of the life happening around you.

WHY IT MATTERS
It’s hard to create a life you’ve never allowed yourself to imagine. We can become so focused on responsibilities, limitations and who we’ve always been that we stop asking what else might be possible. Becoming is about creating enough awareness to recognize what you want, what you’re capable of and where you want to go from here
THE PRACTICE
A simple daily practice that helps you look beyond where you are today and intentionally connect with where you want to go. You’ll begin to identify possibilities, goals and desires you may have stopped considering — and take small, meaningful steps toward the life you’re actively creating.
Where do you want to grow next?
The Foundation is Just the Beginning

There isn’t one finish line. There are always new places to grow.
I AM: Journey takes the foundation you’ve built and brings it into the parts of life that matter most - your health, finances, relationships, confidence, boundaries, forgiveness, goals and the way you spend your time and attention.
New lessons will continue to give you simple, practical ways to work on the part of your life that’s asking for you next.
Work on the part of your life that's asking for you next

A messy life can be joyful and a joyful life gets messy
The women behind I AM: Journey
We didn't learn this from a textbook
We learned it by living
Between them, Caley Carroll and Megan Lentfer have built businesses, raised families, chased big dreams, changed directions, celebrated incredible successes and lived through chapters that brought them to their knees. They’ve navigated motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, illness, grief, financial uncertainty, reinvention and plenty of moments when they had absolutely no idea what came next.
They didn’t learn how to live intentionally because life went according to plan. They learned because it didn’t.
I AM Journey was created from what they learned along the way - and from a shared belief that women shouldn’t have to wait for life to fall apart before they start paying attention to the life they’re building.
This isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s two women pouring decades of lived experience, hard-earned perspecitve and practical tools into other women - so they can become more intentional about who they are and where they’re going.

Coming January 2027
I AM: Journey reimagined
Proven Transformation. Reimagined for the way women live today
I AM: Journey has already changed lives.
Hundreds of women have experienced I AM Journey — discovering new passions, launching careers and businesses, transforming their health, strengthening relationships and changing what they believed was possible for themselves.
Over the years, the program evolved. And then life changed everything.
I AM Journey went quiet for a season while Caley and Megan lived through chapters that demanded their full attention. And somewhere inside those years, something powerful happened:
The tools they had spent years teaching other women were the very tools they found themselves reaching for.
Perspective. Gratitude. Intentionality. Learning to be present. Choosing what to do with what comes next.
They weren’t practices for when life was going well. They were practices for life. And that changed I AM: Journey too.
Now, it’s coming back - not as the same program with a fresh coat of paint, but as a deeper, simpler and more accessible version of what has already changed lives.
shorter lessons. longer practice.
deeper integration.
Focused, bite-sized lessons fit into the lives women are actually living. Each practice is repeated long enough to move beyond something you simply understand and toward something that becomes part of how you live.
Because the goal isn’t to consume more content.
It's to build practice you can carry with you through all chapters of your life.
Don't Just Take Our Word For It
Real Women, Real Change
You don't need a new life.
You'll be surprised by what changes when you become more intentional with the one you already have.
I AM: Journey returns January 2027.
