The people that know me would most likely describe me as a non-stop energetic rainbow living her best life.  A mom of 4 coaching people to lose massive weight,, tone up, discover their passions and uncover their true meaning.

And then 2022 arrived.  To say that this was a challenging year would be an understatement.  On June 24th my world was turned upside down when we discovered 3 tumors in my sons body including his brain, skill and hip.  He was diagnosed with an extremely rare cancer complicated by another rare disease.  My heart was crushed. 

The ray of sunshine you have all come to know and love, became an eclectic storm of emotions.  One chapter closed as another opened.

I share this because what you should know about me is that I am going to keep it real with you through all stages of life.  I believe my authentic shares can touch the hearts of others as we each acknowledge that life is not perfect... it can be messy and dirty and sad.  But that doesn't mean it can't still be beautiful.  

My desire is to inspire others to take a stop back and a deep breath... to realize the beauty that surrounds them.... to feel the pain and the joy... and to find ultimate happiness through it all.
